By using prymrhub.com or purchasing our Product, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our Product.

Important note about the Product itself: The Prymr digital product is a self-contained HTML/CSS/JavaScript application deployed by customers on their own infrastructure (such as SharePoint, Teams, or internal servers). The Product does not collect, transmit, or store data from end-users of the deployed hub. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our website (prymrhub.com) and the purchase process.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly:

  • Name and Email Address: When you purchase the Product, sign up for our newsletter, opt in to marketing communications, or contact us
  • Billing Information: Processed through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy); we do not store full payment card information on our servers
  • Firm Information: Optional firm name, size, location, and contact details if provided during purchase, correspondence, or marketing form submissions

2.2 Information Collected Automatically:

  • Payment Processor (Lemon Squeezy): As our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy processes all transactions and shares with us transaction confirmation, order details, and customer information necessary to fulfill your purchase. Lemon Squeezy's own Privacy Policy governs their data collection.
  • Analytics Services: Aggregated usage statistics from Google Analytics
  • Email Service Provider: Engagement metrics (such as whether you opened our emails, clicked links, or unsubscribed) from our email marketing platform, ConvertKit

4.3 Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising.

We use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking to show you relevant advertisements based on your browsing behavior. This involves sharing information about your visit to prymrhub.com with these advertising platforms. Under CPRA, California residents may opt out of this sharing through the mechanisms described in Section 7.

4.4 Legal Requirements.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights, the rights of others, our property, or to prevent fraud or harm.

4.5 Business Transfers.

We do not target our services to individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover we have inadvertently collected information from anyone under 13, we will delete it promptly.

Prymr is operated from the United States. If you access prymrhub.com from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

For European Union and United Kingdom residents, this transfer is conducted under appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR and UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. By using our website or purchasing the Product, you consent to this transfer.

We do not currently restrict purchases by geographic region, but we reserve the right to refuse service in jurisdictions where we cannot lawfully sell or process payments.

Prymrhub.com and the Product may reference, link to, or recommend third-party services (including AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies before engaging with them.

The Prymr Product itself, once deployed on your firm's infrastructure, does not connect to or share data with any third-party services. Your firm's use of third-party AI tools through prompts or guides included in the Product is governed by those tools' own terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through email (to active customers and newsletter subscribers) or through a prominent notice on prymrhub.com. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
