How the Guarantee Works

Full Refund Within 30 Days

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. There's no fine print, no restocking fees, and no questions about why. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Keep the Hub Forever

Here's what makes our guarantee different: you keep the hub even after we refund you. All content, prompts, tools, training modules, and resources remain yours to use indefinitely. Your perpetual license to use the Product continues as described in our Terms of Service, regardless of refund status.

No Returns Required

Because Prymr is a digital download deployed on your firm's infrastructure, there's nothing to return. Once you've downloaded the hub, it's yours to keep — even if you request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

1. Email us at team@prymrhub.com within 30 days of your purchase date
2. Include your order number and the email address used at purchase
3. We'll process your refund within 7-10 business days

That's it. No phone calls, no forms, no justification required.

What Happens After a Refund

You Keep:

• The complete Prymr hub and all included content as it existed at the time of refund
• Your perpetual license to use the Product within your firm
• All content updates received prior to the refund date

You Lose Permanently:

• All future content updates included with your original tier purchase, regardless of remaining time in your update period
• Eligibility to purchase or resubscribe to the annual update subscription in the future
• Any active subscription benefits at the time of refund

Once a refund is processed, your relationship with future Prymr updates ends. This is intentional — our generous "keep the hub" refund policy is paired with the understanding that refunded customers no longer receive ongoing updates.

If you want continued access to new prompts, refreshed tool guides, and hub improvements, you may need to repurchase the Product at full price (subject to availability and at our discretion).

Refund Exclusions

To prevent abuse of our generous policy, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
• Customers who have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider before contacting us
• Customers found to have engaged in fraud, material breach of our Terms of Service, or violations of our license terms
• Refund requests where the customer has already received a substantial portion of included content updates (more than 50% of the included update period)
• Customers who appear to have purchased the Product for the primary purpose of obtaining the content and then requesting a refund (as determined in our reasonable discretion)

Subscription Updates

If you have purchased an annual update subscription separately from your Product purchase, the following terms apply:

• Subscription cancellations are processed immediately upon request
• No prorated refunds for partial subscription periods
• Cancellation of an update subscription does not affect your perpetual license to use the version of the Product you currently have
• Note: Customers who have received a refund on their original Product purchase are not eligible to purchase or maintain an update subscription. The update subscription is reserved for customers in good standing with their original Product purchase.
